Archcasing.com is an online division of Rodgers Building Supply, Inc. We are located in Central Indiana. We have been in the custom millwork business since 1983.
- How do I get a price for my casing or jambs?
The best way to get a quote is to fill out and email our Request For Quote form. Typically, you will receive your quote within 24 hours. You may also call us toll-free at 1-877-883-5662 for a quote or with questions, please ask for Roger Carter. He will be glad to help you with your questions.
- How do I place an order?
To place an order you may call us toll-free at 1-877-883-5662 with your credit card information. Our business hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm eastern time Monday – Friday. Please ask for Roger Carter. You may also email us with your contact information and best time to call and we will contact you.
- How do I pay for my order?

- How is it shipped?
We typically ship with UPS and FedEx for smaller orders. Larger orders will be shipped by truck. We will do our best to package your order to protect it from shipping hazards. Shipping & handling fees are quoted on the casing quote you receive.
- How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically shipped in 6-10 business days. Lead times may vary due to order size, orders in process, machinery issues and lumber shipments. Rush orders are accepted if our workload allows.
- What if I don't see the casing pattern I want?
We frequently add casing patterns. Fax or send a profile of what you need and we will let you know if we have it or what we will charge to match it.
- Can I get a wood type not listed?
We have multiple vendors. We are able to get most anything in a short period of time. Let us know what wood species you need and we will quote it.
- What if my casings will be painted?
For painted casings and jambs, you have the option of poplar or MDF. All casings will be shipped unprimed.
- What if my window jamb is not flush with the wall?
We can make an extension jamb to match the radius or shape of your window. We will need the same dimensions or template as the casing. We will however, need the dimension from the window to the wall. We will make the extension jamb slightly oversize to allow it to be fit properly. Please see the Extension Jambs page.
- Will my casing be in one piece?
Depending on the size we may make your casing in 2 pieces. This will save on shipping. If you would like a one-piece casing, let us know and we will quote the additional shipping cost.
- How is Customer information handled?
Our customers and potential customers are very valuable to us. Credit card information is kept secure and destroyed once the order has shipped. If you have contacted us for a quote or have ordered, we may send updates or specials to you occasionally. However, we do not sell or release any customer information to anyone.
